Sure, there are probably a lot of other phones in the PHP5K-7K price range that offer a lot more in terms of performance and cameras. Overall, the Nokia 2.4 seems to be a solid run-of-the-mill entry-level phone that can provide users the absolute basics for a relatively low price. Now for battery, we get a 4,500mAh cell which unfortunately only seems to support up to 10W charging, and only a 5W charger is included in the box. According to HMD Global, an Android 11 update is already planned for 2021. Running the software show is stock Android 10, which is thanks to Nokia’s inclusion in Google’s Android One program. This isn’t a huge upgrade over the previous Nokia 2.3, but it should be able to handle some everyday tasks. Powering the Nokia 2.4 is a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU, along with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. We also get the capacitive fingerprint scanner and some more Nokia branding. Up top, we get the secondary noise-canceling microphone and the 3.5mm headphone port.ĭown at the bottom, we get the main microphone, micro USB port, and the loudspeaker.įlipping it to the back, we get a dual camera module in the upper center consisting of a 13MP main shooter, a 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash. Moving to the right, we get the volume rocker and power button. We also get a dedicated Google Assistant button here. On the left side, we get the triple card tray with slots for two nano SIMs and a microSD card. Along the chin, we get the Nokia branding. The bezels surrounding the screen are a little thick for today’s standards, but this is easily forgiven due to the entry-level nature of the device.Ī waterdrop notch along the top bezel houses the speakerphone and 5MP front-facing camera.

Up front, we get a 6.5-inch IPS display coming in at a resolution of 1600 x 720. It feels nice and solid, features a unibody design, and the back panel comes with a textured matte finish.

Not just to the eyes, but also to the hands, the Nokia 2.4 feels very similar to its predecessor, which isn’t a bad thing at all.
